On Hand Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 oz. box Raisin Bran
    1 c. melted margarine
    1 c. sugar
    4 beaten eggs or egg substitute
    1 qt. buttermilk
    3 c. wheat flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Put margarine in bowl with sugar, eggs and buttermilk, then mix in flour, baking soda, salt and Raisin Bran.
    Mix well.
    Fill baking cups in muffin pan 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Baking mix can be stored up to a week in the refrigerator but do not stir after refrigerating.
