Pear Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. pecan or walnut pieces
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. pears, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch chunks
Preparation

In large mixing bowl, combine oil, sugar and eggs.
Beat well. Add flour, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and vanilla.
Mix thoroughly.
Fold in pears and nuts.
Pour into two well-greased and floured loaf pans and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes, or bake in 5 mini loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
