Southern Fried Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can white corn, drained
2 slices bacon
dash of salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. diced green pepper
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. water
Preparation

Fry bacon in skillet.
Remove bacon and add corn to drippings in skillet.
Crumble the bacon and add to the corn.
Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add salt, pepper and sugar to corn mixture.
Add peppers for flavoring, if desired.
