Lo-Fat Yummy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 angel food cake
    1 (12 oz.) carton lite Cool Whip
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
Preparation
    Slice 1 inch layer off top of angel food cake.
    Gently hollow out trench in cake 1 1/2 inches wide by 2 inches deep.
    Tear cake from trench in small pieces.
    Combine milk and pudding mix.
    Beat on low speed of electric mixer 2 minutes.
    Fold cake pieces and 1 3/4 cup of whipped topping into pudding.
    Fill trench with mixture and replace top of cake.
    Spread remaining topping over sides and top.
    Chill before serving.
