Hamburger Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    3 c. beef broth
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes with liquid, cut up
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 c. cubed peeled potatoes
    2 bay leaves
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, brown ground beef; drain. Add onion and cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until vegetables are tender, about 45 to 60 minutes. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
