Potato Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. Southern style hash brown potatoes
4 c. Rice Chex, crushed
16 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. onion
1 stick butter
Preparation

Mix sour cream and soup.
Add onion, cheese and hash browns (uncooked).
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix Chex with butter. Pour over top.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
