Rice Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. cooked brown rice
    1 to 2 large onions, diced
    2 medium green peppers, diced
    15 mushrooms (fresh), sliced
    1 to 1 1/2 sticks soy margarine or oleo
    1/2 c. liquid aminos or soy sauce
Preparation
    Heat margarine and liquid aminos in large frying pan.
    Saute onions, green peppers and mushrooms in margarine/aminos mixture until onions are translucent.
    Add cooked rice and mix together. Serve hot.
