Potato Salad(Kartoffelsalat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 warm cooked potatoes, sliced
1 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped sweet pickle
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
3/4 c. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Place potatoes in bowl.
Mix together the sugar, vinegar and oil.
Pour over potatoes and mix well.
Add onion, pickle, green pepper and parsley.
Toss well, sprinkling with salt and pepper. Chill.
Serve cold.
Makes 4 servings.
