Chicken And Cashews - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. bouillon
    1 to 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. peanut oil
    1 clove garlic
    2 chicken breast fillets
    4 green onions, chopped
    8 oz. pea pods
    8 oz. mushrooms
    1 (8 oz.) can bamboo shoots, drained
    1/2 c. cashews
Preparation
    Cut chicken fillets into slivers.
    Combine bouillon, cornstarch and soy sauce in bowl; mix well.
    Heat oil in wok.
    Add garlic; cook until brown.
    Discard garlic.
    Add chicken; stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes.
    Push to side of wok.
    Add green onions; stir-fry for 1 minute.
    Push to side of wok.
    Repeat with pea pods, mushrooms and bamboo shoots.
    Add soy sauce mixture; cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Mix all ingredients together; add cashews.
    Serve over hot, cooked rice or chow mein noodles.
