Ingredients

4 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick margarine
1 (7 oz.) can flaked coconut
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Blend sugar and flour.
Stir into eggs.
Add remaining ingredients.
Turn into 2 greased pans.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
