Mom'S Apple Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/3 c. buttermilk
    2 c. apples, chopped
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Melt margarine in large casserole dish.
    Set aside.
    Cut shortening in flour; add milk.
    Roll dough thin; cover with apples and sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Roll up.
    Slice roll in one-inch slices.
    Place in melted margarine.
    Heat sugar and water until sugar melts.
    Pour over apple slices.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until golden brown.
