Ingredients

yellow cake and pudding mix
2 Tbsp. grated orange rind
1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
2 oranges
1 lemon
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. rum
Preparation

Halve oranges. Squeeze juice and clean out shells. Fill shells with orange sherbet. Wrap with plastic wrap and freeze. Can decorate with sprig of mint or cherries. Serve to cleanse palate for a formal dinner or at a brunch.
