Buttermilk Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small can crushed pineapple
1 large or 2 small boxes peach Jell-O
1 (12 oz.) large Cool Whip
2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Heat pineapple with juice and Jell-O until Jell-O dissolves, not to get very hot.
Set aside to cool.
Mix Cool Whip and buttermilk until smooth.
Add this to Jell-O mixture until well mixed.
Pour into bowl and refrigerate until set.
Sprinkle with nuts.
This is unusual, but good.
