Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. cooked rice
    1 egg
    2/3 c. milk
    2 tsp. salt
    1/3 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1 can tomato soup
    1 cabbage head
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except cabbage and tomato soup; set aside. Boil head of cabbage in salted water 5 to 7 minutes.
    Separate leaves remove heavy vein from each leaf.
    Fold leaf around 2 tablespoon meat filling.
    Place in greased casserole.
    Cover with undiluted tomato soup and bake in 350\u00b0 oven 1 1/4 hours.
    Makes 12 rolls.
    Can be cooked in pressure cooker on 15 pounds for 10 minutes.
