Spinach Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. melted margarine
3 eggs
3 oz. cottage cheese
1 Jiffy cornbread mix
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Combine all ingredients except cornbread mix.
Stir in last. Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
