Frozen Colorful Punch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 family size Jell-O (any flavor)
4 c. sugar
16 oz. can ReaLemon juice
2 (46 oz.) cans pineapple juice
1 oz. almond extract
2 qt. ginger ale
Preparation

Dissolve jello in 4 cups boiling water; add 9 additional cups of water.
Add sugar, lemon juice, pineapple juice and almond extract.
Freeze in non-breakable container.
Take out of freezer 3 to 4 hours before serving.
Just before serving, add ginger ale. This can be frozen in ice trays or different shaped molds to have ice cubes with your punch (for those of us who have to have our ice).
