Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. minced onion
1 piece garlic or 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (No. 2 1/2) can tomatoes
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 lb. lasagne noodles
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
3/4 lb. cottage cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Brown beef, onion and garlic.
Add next six ingredients and cook until thickened a little.
Cook noodles and drain, adding oil to the water to avoid sticking.
Grease 2 1/2-quart casserole. Arrange in layers:
meat mixture, Parmesan cheese, Mozzarella cheese and cottage cheese.
Repeat once and end with meat and Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
