Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    3 c. milk
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. uncooked rice (not Minute rice)
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple (optional)
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix all together. Put in oven at 350\u00b0 until knife comes out clean, about 1 hour.
