Steak Brasciole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. Provolone cheese, shredded
    1 Tbsp. dried oregano
    1 Tbsp. dried basil
    1 tsp. garlic, minced
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    7 oz. sirloin steak, pounded to 1/4-inch thickness
    olive oil to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat oven at 350\u00b0.
    In medium bowl place first 8 ingredients and mix well.
    Put filling in pounded meat at the widest end of steak.
    Roll meat so that seam is underneath.
    Place on greased baking dish and spread a little olive oil over the meat.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Place in preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until mixture is cooked through.
    Serve with your favorite brown gravy.
