Speedy Creamed Seafood Veggies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. half and half
1 (16 oz.) can C & W pasta veggies
1 medium zucchini, sliced
1/4 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. crab, cut up or shrimp
Preparation

Bring half and half to boiling in large pan.
Add pasta; return to boil, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat.
Cover.
Simmer for 2 minutes.
Stir in sour cream and zucchini.
Cover.
Simmer for 2 minutes or until veggies are tender.
Gently stir in seafood; cook until heated.
