Easy Shrimp Or Fillet Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. fresh fillet of haddock (or shrimp or scallops)
2 Tbsp. margarine
3/4 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
paprika
Preparation

Arrange fish in a buttered dish or pan.
Dot with margarine and a little pepper.
Spread soup directly from can over fillets and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Sprinkle top with paprika for good looks.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
