Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large Vidalia onions
    1/4 to 1/2 stick butter
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    12 saltine crackers
    3 Tbsp. canned milk (or regular)
Preparation
    Slice onions, saute in butter.
    In
    a greased casserole dish, put layer of onions, cheese and crumbled crackers.
    (Two layers.) Put crackers on
    top.
    Dot
    with butter; drizzle milk on top. Cook at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
