Apple Cranberry Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. (8 to 10) apples
2 pkg. cranberries
2 c. apple juice
2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. ginger
Preparation
-
Peel and cut apples; add remaining ingredients to pan.
Cook over medium heat.
Bring to a boil; mash and serve warm or cold.
