Banana Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
4 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 t baking soda
1 t. ground ginger
1/2 t. salt
1 c. (2 sticks) butter
4 large eggs
1 1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas (approx. 4)
1 t. vanilla extract
1 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0. Grease and flour a 10 inch Bundt or tube pan, set aside. In a large bowl mix all dry ingredients together. Stir in butter and mix well. Add eggs, bananas and vanilla, mixing until well blended. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done. Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
