Island Creamery Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sweet potatoes (mashed)
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. margarine
2 1/2 c. Bisquick

Preparation

Mix melted margarine with sweet potatoes and sugar.
Add to Bisquick, mixing thoroughly.
Knead lightly and pat out on floured board.
(May need to add extra Bisquick if too sticky.)
Grease baking pan and bake at 400\u00b0 until done (approximately 15 to 20 minutes).
Makes 2 dozen.
