Canned Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 peck beets
    6 c. water
    2 c. vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. pickling mix spices
Preparation
    Wash and cook beets until skin peels off.
    Combine remaining ingredients together.
    Pack beets in jar, pour liquid to fill jars.
