Hamburger Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
3 eggs
1 c. dairy sour cream
2 Tbsp. caraway seeds
1- 8 in. unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Brown meat over medium heat, stirring to break up, when all red is gone, remove to a dish and cook onions in fat until translucent, while onions cook, lightly beat the eggs and milk with sour cream and caraway seed.
Drain onions and meat well.
Place evenly in pie shell.
Pour the sour cream mixture over meat.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 minutes or until pastry is nicely browned and egg sour cream mixture is set.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
