Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. stewing beef
    1 can Campbell's tomato soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1/4 c. Burgundy (optional)
    1 to 2 cans water
    mushrooms (as many as desired)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well, then add stewing meat.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 3 to 4 hours until meat is tender.
    Cover while baking.
    Add water, if necessary.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
