Squash Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sliced squash
    1/4 c. onion
    1 Tbsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
    1 slice bread
    1 oz. cheese
    1 egg
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion in small amount of water until tender. Crumble bread.
    Mix in egg, margarine, salt and pepper.
    Bake in dish.
    Top with cheese; bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
