Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    2/3 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. syrup (white or brown)
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter and add sugar gradually, then add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into a pastry shell; turn oven to 350\u00b0.
    Bake in hot oven 10 minutes, then reduce heat and bake for 50 minutes or until brown and firm.
