Cheesy Hash Browns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed for 1 hour
    1 pt. half and half
    1 stick butter or margarine
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cut into chunks
Preparation
    Combine the last 3 ingredients and heat until cheese melts. Pour over potatoes.
    Let stand for 1 hour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Use 9 x 13-inch pan.
