Baby Almond Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (7 oz.) roll almond paste
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. heavy or sour cream
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. finely grated lemon peel
    1/3 c. currant jelly
    whole small berries
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Line 24 mini muffin cups with mini paper cupcake liners.
    In food processor or with electric mixer, beat cream cheese with almond paste until well blended.
    Add remaining ingredients, except jelly and berries; beat until smooth.
    Divide among muffin cups and bake 15 minutes.
    Remove from tins; cool slightly and chill.
