Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 lemon rind, grated and juice
    1 c. sweet milk
    3 egg yolks
Preparation
    Mix sugar, butter and flour.
    Work together like pie dough, then add
    lemon
    rind
    and lemon juice, milk and egg yolks.
    Beat egg whites last and fold in.
    Makes enough for one crust.
