Country Breakfast Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Jimmy Dean sausage (any flavor)
    9-inch pie shell, premade or homemade (deep dish)
    1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
    1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    4 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/2 to 1 c. light cream
Preparation
    Cook sausage until done.
    Crumble, then drain.\tPrepare 9-inch pie
    shell.
    Mix
    cheese
    and sausage.
    Sprinkle in pie shell. Lightly beat eggs in bowl.\tCombine remaining ingredients and add to\tegg mixture.
    Pour into shell.\tBake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Cool on rack 10 minutes.\tYields 6 to 8 servings.
