Sourdough Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. flour (half and half all-purpose and bread flour or 6 c. either)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. starter
    1/2 c. corn oil
    1 1/2 c. warm water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
    Grease another large bowl. Place dough in the large bowl, turning dough once to grease the top.
    Cover lightly with foil and let stand overnight (or all day) in a warm place.
    After 8 to 12 hours, punch down and knead lightly, then divide dough into 3 parts and knead 8 to 10 times. Place in greased loaf pans.
    Lightly cover with foil and let rise all day (or night).
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
