Rice With Tomatoes(Risotto Con Pomodoro) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. basil
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 c. long grain rice
    1 c. chopped tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 1/2 c. water
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
Preparation
    In large skillet saute
    green pepper, onion, garlic and basil in heated olive oil.
    Saute until all peppers are tender but not brown.
    Stir
    in
    rice,
    tomatoes, salt, pepper, water and bouillon cubes.
    Cook covered over
    low
    heat for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Makes 10 to 12 servings.
