Crock-Pot Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef shank
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes
    2 carrots, sliced and cut
    2 or 3 stalks celery
    2 medium onions
    1 or 2 medium potatoes
    3 c. water
    4 whole peppercorns
    3 beef bouillon cubes
    10 oz. pkg. mixed vegetables
Preparation
    Put all ingredients into crock-pot.
    Cover and cook on low for 12 to 24 hours or on high 4 to 6 hours.
