Zesty Barbecue Sauce(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. cooking oil
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 c. catsup
1 c. water
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of hot pepper sauce
dash of garlic powder

Preparation

Place oil and onion in 1-quart casserole.
Microwave on High for 3 to 4 minutes or until onion is tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Microwave on High for 4 to 5 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Makes 3 cups.
