Texas Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 sticks oleo
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. sour cream

Preparation

Melt the oleo, cocoa and water. Bring to a boil. Add the sugar, flour, salt, soda and vanilla. Mix the eggs and sour cream. Add all ingredients and mix well. Bake in large 9 x 13 cake pan at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Pour icing over cake at once.
