Baked Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. canned corn
2 eggs, well beaten
1 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. flour
2 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. cream
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine ingredients.
Mix thoroughly.
Pour into well-oiled pan.
Set in another pan of warm water.
Bake in moderate oven (400\u00b0) until an inserted knife comes out clean.
If desired, additional milk may be added to provide moisture.
Makes 6 servings.
