Cinnamon Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/3 c. shortening
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 pkg. yeast
    butter
    cinnamon
    sugar
Preparation
    Cut shortening into dry ingredients.
    Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water.
    Stir into buttermilk.
    Divide dough in half. Roll out each half flat with rolling pin, brush melted butter on rolled out dough.
    Sprinkle heavily with cinnamon, then sugar, then roll up dough long ways, lay in greased Bundt pan.
    Bake at 450\u00b0.
