Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. peanuts
1/4 c. water
2 tsp. soda
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. Karo (white)
Preparation

Mix sugar, syrup, salt and water. Bring to a boil. Add peanuts.
Cook until it boils and peanuts stop popping. Add the soda and mix thoroughly. Pour into a buttered dish or pan. Break into pieces when cool. Store in an airtight container.
