Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. water
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    butter or margarine
    ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine cornstarch and water; stir until smooth.
    Add to eggs; blend well.
    Add pineapple, sugar and vanilla; mix well.
    Pour into a lightly
    greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
