Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. cooked squash, drained
3 Tbsp. flour
salt and pepper to taste
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 c. milk
1/4 c. onion (optional; cook onion and squash together)
2 c. grated cheese or less
Preparation

Melt butter. Mix with flour. Add milk. Stir in the ingredients above and put in casserole dish. Cover with cracker crumbs and bake at 350\u00b0 about 45 minutes, until bubbly and brown.
