Pork Chops A L'Orange - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork chops
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. Season-all
3/4 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. curry powder
10 whole cloves
1/2 tsp. orange peel
Preparation

Rub pork chops with mixture of pepper, paprika and Season-all. Brown chops on both sides.
Combine orange juice, sugar, curry powder, cloves and orange peel.
Pour over chops.
Cover; reduce heat and simmer 1 hour or until tender.
If needed, add small amount of water during simmering.
Serves 4.
