Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. shortening
    8 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Sift flour and salt together; blend in shortening well. Sprinkle water over mixture.
    Mix and shape into balls.
    Roll out thin.
    This makes 3 (9-inch) pie crusts.
    May be wrapped in foil and stored in refrigerator for several days.
