Crispy Chicken Sticks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

skinless, boneless chicken fingers
1/3 c. crushed cornflakes
1/4 c. cornmeal
1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. red pepper
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation

Rinse and pat dry chicken.
Combine cornflakes, cornmeal, cheese and red pepper.
Dip chicken in flour and sprinkle with water.
Roll in cornmeal mixture.
Place on nonstick cookie sheet. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
