Broccoli And Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes frozen broccoli
    2 boxes frozen cauliflower
    1 stick margarine
    3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 sleeve Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook and drain broccoli and cauliflower.
    Put in a large casserole dish.
    Take 1/2 stick margarine and cut in slices.
    Put on broccoli mixture.
    Cut Velveeta into small squares.
    Lightly toss into broccoli mixture.
    Crush the crackers; put over broccoli.
    Melt other half of margarine; pour over crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
    This is something that is easy and even picky children will like.
