Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
3 c. sifted plain flour
3 c. diced apples
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt

Preparation

Beat the sugar, oil and eggs. Add the remaining ingredients. Blend all together and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours in greased tube pan lined with waxed paper.
