German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 boiled potatoes, sliced
3 to 6 slices bacon, crumbled
1 small onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
Preparation

Cook chopped onion in bacon fat until it becomes transparent. Combine flour, vinegar, water, sugar, salt and pepper with bacon fat and onion.
Stir constantly, cooking until thick.
Add sliced potatoes and crumbled bacon to dressing.
